Start from an ambition
Everything runs. You want to know what AI would do for your business now. The plan opens with the opportunity review and goes lighter on the diagnosis, because there is less to diagnose.
How it works
Whether you arrive with a problem or an ambition, you are never asked to commit to anything before you have seen the full picture in writing: what is worth doing, what it would produce, and every cost involved.
You step into one conversation. We go away and do the work: research, reading your own data, comparing the systems open to you, working out what AI would actually do here and what it would be worth. You get back a written plan. Everything up to that moment is free.
Everything runs. You want to know what AI would do for your business now. The plan opens with the opportunity review and goes lighter on the diagnosis, because there is less to diagnose.
Something is not working. The plan opens with the diagnosis, because putting AI on top of a broken system automates the problem.
One conversation about how your week actually runs. Where the time goes, what falls through, which customers go quiet. We write down what you say and everything after this follows from it.
We read your business's own history, appointments, cancellations, customer patterns, whatever exists, before recommending anything. Software recommendations without this are guesses in a confident voice.
This is the diagnosis: what the current system does for you, where it falls short, and whether it should stay. Every system genuinely open to your kind of business gets weighed against what discovery and the data turned up, including staying right where you are.
What AI would do in your business, item by item, with what each would produce and what it would cost to run. What is not worth it yet goes in too, with the reason.
Delivered directly to you: what is worth doing, what to leave alone, the system recommended and why, the full plan and timeline, every cost including ours, and what the change is likely to produce. No cost, no obligation, yours to keep.
It is when you are holding the plan that you know where you stand. The cost and the benefit, side by side. What the change costs to carry out. The hours the work takes. What it costs to have us carry it for you. What it is likely to produce or save, and what staying put costs instead. All of it is in the document, free to read, before you decide anything about proceeding.
If you decide to go ahead, this is a scoped project, priced inside your plan, that ends when your business is live on the right system with the data checked and the workflow built around how you work. If your system is already right, this phase is short and is mostly the cleanup the automations need.
We handle the export, the mapping, and the import. We speak to the vendor's migration team so you do not have to, and we know which questions to ask them.
Every migrated record is checked against the source export before your old system is retired. Both systems stay live until the new one is confirmed correct.
The features that solve your real problems get switched on and tuned. Booking rules, reminders, intake forms, chart templates, billing settings. The rest stays out of your way.
I am there through the first live week. When something looks wrong on a Tuesday morning, you call the person who built it.
Optional, month to month, no long term contract. This begins once the foundation is solid and proven, never before. What runs here is what the plan chose, nothing that was not.
Reminders, confirmations, and post visit follow up that goes out in your voice without anyone touching it.
Forms that go out before the first visit, waitlist backfill when a slot opens, and inquiries answered after hours.
Customers who drift away get a warm, personal check in at the right moment, which is the point most businesses lose them.
A short note on how the business did: what came in, who did not rebook, where the week leaked. We keep the automations current as what AI can do changes, so you never have to follow that yourself.
The price is calculated from your own numbers and stated plainly inside your free AI plan, so you know the cost before you decide anything. A solo practitioner moving one calendar is a different piece of work from a five person clinic with insurance billing or a crew based operation with subcontractors, and the price says so.
The plan itself carries no charge and no obligation. If there is nothing here worth doing yet for your business, we will tell you that plainly, in writing, and you will still have learned something true about your own numbers.
The reason one person can work at this depth is the operating model. AI systems built for this kind of modernization carry the reading, the checking, and the volume. One senior operator carries the judgment and stands behind the result.
