Who it is for

The owner still carries the systems, whether there are two people or twenty.

Acupuncturists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. Landscapers, contractors, electricians, and plumbers. Short term rental operators and independent property managers. Some are one person. Others run five practitioners and a front desk, several crews and a route supervisor, or a few hundred units from one office. What they have in common is that nobody on the payroll is a systems person.

Four ways in

Find the one that sounds like your business.

Some of these start from an ambition and some from a problem. The plan behind them stays the same.

Everything works, and you want AI working too

The system is right and the setup is clean. You keep hearing what AI can do and want to know what it would do here. This starts with the opportunity review: after hours answers, recall, waitlist backfill, intake, follow up, the weekly read, each one weighed for your business.

Your system will not do what you need

You have outgrown the platform, or it was the wrong fit from the start. Nothing connects to anything, and the workarounds have become the job. This starts with a platform review and a full migration.

Good system, set up in a hurry

You are on a capable platform. It was configured during a busy week two years ago and never revisited. This starts with a configuration review, and there is no migration involved.

Paper, spreadsheets, and a booking link

There is no single system yet. Records live in several places and none of them talk to each other. This starts with choosing a platform and building from the ground up.

Industries

What AI is worth doing in your industry.

Each page lists what is worth doing now, what is usually not worth it yet, and what the systems underneath tend to need first.

Where this fits less well

Worth saying plainly, so you can rule yourself out without spending a call on it.

A business with its own operations or IT function already has the coverage this work provides, whatever its headcount. Hospital systems and operations running enterprise platforms sit outside what we take on. And a business that is happy with how everything currently runs, and has no interest in what AI could add, has no reason to change anything.

One exception worth naming. A company large enough to have a VP of Sales carrying a number, and still with nobody running revenue operations, is a different engagement with a different shape. Six months on one sales metric is what that one looks like.
