It depends on which kind of help you are buying. Managed IT support is most often priced at $100 to $200 a month for each person on your staff. Hourly repair work runs $175 to $350 an hour. Help with the software your business runs on is sold in several other ways, from a few hundred dollars a month to several thousand.

What none of those cover
A managed IT company keeps your computers and network running. It does not usually set up your scheduling software, connect it to your books, or tell you which customers stopped coming. A virtual assistant does the tasks you hand over, and you still decide what the tasks are.
The work in between has no common name: choosing the software a business runs on, finishing its setup, cleaning up the records, connecting the programs, and watching the numbers. In a large company a project team does it.
What Sannidhi costs
$500 a month, with no contract and no setup fee. Your first Business Analysis is free. A larger project, such as a move to different software, is priced on its own, and your analysis states that price before you decide.
Our work is the software your business runs on and the records inside it. Repairs to laptops, wifi and printers are a separate service.
How to compare offers
- Ask what is covered and what is billed extra.
- Ask whether there is a contract and how you leave.
- Ask who does the work, and who you call when something stops.
- Ask to see a sample of what you will receive each week or month.
