What we do in Acuity Scheduling
- Set up every appointment type, with its length, price and reminder.
- Turn on reminders and confirmations by text and by email, in stages, on your schedule.
- Carry every future appointment across from your old software and check each one against the original.
- Rebuild packages and gift certificates so they can be sold again.
- Send a new inquiry a text with real openings within minutes.
- Build the daily report Acuity does not produce: who came in, what each visit was charged, and what needs a second look.
What your Acuity Scheduling records can tell you
Your free Business Analysis reads your Acuity Scheduling account and writes up what it shows. From Acuity Scheduling we read:
- Every booked appointment by type, with its number, length and price.
- Revenue from appointments, add-ons, tips, packages, gift certificates and subscriptions.
- Which appointments your clients booked themselves and which your staff booked.
- Answers to your intake form questions.
- Your full client list and appointment history, exported.
What Acuity Scheduling cannot tell you by itself
Acuity has six reports: appointments, revenue, users, intake forms, add-ons and tips. None of them reports which clients stopped coming. Its reports also group visits by appointment type, so they do not show, on one page, who was charged what on a given day. A front desk that wants that answer has been checking by hand.
We build both from your records, and we read Acuity beside your payments and your phone:
- Your appointment history, read client by client, shows who has gone quiet.
- Visits beside payments shows a visit that was never charged.
- Inquiries beside bookings shows how many people asked and never came in.
Moving to Acuity Scheduling, or away from it
If your analysis shows that different software would serve you better, we handle the move. Both programs run side by side until the new one is proven right, and every record is checked against the original before the old one is switched off. A move is a larger project and is priced on its own. Your analysis states the price before you decide.
We are independent of Squarespace, which owns Acuity
Sannidhi is not part of Squarespace, which owns Acuity and is not paid by Squarespace, which owns Acuity. Software companies do not pay us. If the right advice is to stay where you are, the analysis says so.
