What your Jane records can tell you

Your free Business Analysis reads your Jane account and writes up what it shows. From Jane we read:

• Appointments, and hours scheduled against hours booked.
• New patients, and where they were referred from.
• Patient retention, and patients with no next visit scheduled.
• Sales and billing, and money owed to you.
• Payments taken through Jane.

What Jane cannot tell you by itself

Jane knows your schedule and your billing. It does not know what you spent to win a patient, or what your phone did not answer. The strongest findings come from reading Jane beside your other records:

• Jane beside your ad account shows what one new patient costs you.
• Jane beside your phone records shows callers who never became a booking.
• Jane beside QuickBooks shows who owes you and for how long.

Moving to Jane, or away from it

If your analysis shows that different software would serve you better, we handle the move. Both programs run side by side until the new one is proven right, and every record is checked against the original before the old one is switched off. A move is a larger project and is priced on its own. Your analysis states the price before you decide.

We are independent of Jane

Sannidhi is not part of Jane and is not paid by Jane. Software companies do not pay us. If the right advice is to stay where you are, the analysis says so.
