What we do in Jobber
- Finish the setup: your services, your prices, your quote and invoice templates.
- Answer every request and follow up every quote until it reaches a yes or a no.
- Connect Jobber to QuickBooks so the two agree.
- Match finished visits to invoices every week.
- Ask each happy customer for a review at the right moment.
- Watch it every week and fix what breaks.
What your Jobber records can tell you
Your free Business Analysis reads your Jobber account and writes up what it shows. From Jobber we read:
- Requests and quotes, and how many were won.
- Visits, one-off jobs and recurring jobs.
- Invoices, payments and customer balances.
- Timesheets.
- Customers who have not booked in a while.
What Jobber cannot tell you by itself
Jobber and QuickBooks each hold part of the same job, and their figures often disagree. Jobber also does not know what your phone missed. Read side by side, your records show more:
- Jobber visits beside QuickBooks invoices shows work that was done and never billed.
- Your phone records beside Jobber requests shows callers who never became a job.
- Jobber quotes beside your ad account shows what one new customer costs you.
Moving to Jobber, or away from it
If your analysis shows that different software would serve you better, we handle the move. Both programs run side by side until the new one is proven right, and every record is checked against the original before the old one is switched off. A move is a larger project and is priced on its own. Your analysis states the price before you decide.
We are independent of Jobber
Sannidhi is not part of Jobber and is not paid by Jobber. Software companies do not pay us. If the right advice is to stay where you are, the analysis says so.
