What we do in QuickBooks Online
- Connect QuickBooks to your job or scheduling software so nobody enters an invoice twice.
- Clear the duplicate customers and mismatched records that block that connection.
- Match finished work to invoices every week.
- Show you who owes you, and for how long, on one page.
- Keep your bookkeeper's work easier, not different.
What your QuickBooks Online records can tell you
Your free Business Analysis reads your QuickBooks Online account and writes up what it shows. From QuickBooks Online we read:
- Profit and loss, by month and by customer.
- Who owes you, and how old each invoice is.
- Sales by customer.
- Expenses by vendor, including what you pay for software.
What QuickBooks Online cannot tell you by itself
QuickBooks knows what was invoiced and what was paid. It does not know what work was done. So it cannot show you a job that was finished and never invoiced, or a customer who stopped coming. Those answers come from reading QuickBooks beside your job or scheduling software.
We are not bookkeepers or tax advisers. Your bookkeeper keeps the books and your accountant handles tax. We read the books to understand the business, and we connect them to the software where the work is recorded.
Moving to QuickBooks Online, or away from it
If your analysis shows that different software would serve you better, we handle the move. Both programs run side by side until the new one is proven right, and every record is checked against the original before the old one is switched off. A move is a larger project and is priced on its own. Your analysis states the price before you decide.
We are independent of Intuit
Sannidhi is not part of Intuit and is not paid by Intuit. Software companies do not pay us. If the right advice is to stay where you are, the analysis says so.
